1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of JPT Trading E-Shop, the official online shopping platform of Dream JPT Services, including the Retailer & Bulk Shop and the Payday Family Essentials channel. By browsing our site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Your Account

• You may create a customer account using Google sign-in, which provides us with your basic account identity (name and verified email address) only.
• You are responsible for keeping your account, Google credentials and any staff login codes or PINs secure and confidential.
• You must provide accurate and current contact information so that we can fulfil your orders and reach you about your account.
• Dream JPT Services reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that are misused, that breach these Terms, or that are associated with fraudulent or abusive activity.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to display product names, descriptions, images, pricing and availability accurately. However, colours, dimensions and other details shown on the site may vary slightly from the actual product. Product images are for illustration and may not be a true representation of size or appearance. Weights and packaging details are provided as a guide only.

4. Orders and Pre-Orders

• An order is a request to purchase. A binding contract between you and Dream JPT Services is formed only when we accept and confirm your order.
• We may decline or cancel an order — for example where stock is unavailable, pricing is clearly incorrect, or an order is suspected of being fraudulent.
• Some products may be offered as pre-orders. Pre-order availability and estimated dates are provided in good faith but may change. You will be notified of any material delay.
• Minimum quantities may apply per product and per channel (for example, bulk retailer minimums or family-shop limits).

5. Pricing

• Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site and are subject to change without notice, except for prices already confirmed on an accepted order.
• Promotional and Payday prices apply only during the advertised period and while stocks last.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a confirmed order is affected by a pricing error, we will offer you the option to proceed at the correct price or to cancel and receive a refund.

6. Payments

Dream JPT Services currently accepts payment by Internet Banking (IB) transfer and any other methods shown at checkout. When paying by IB transfer, you must include your order reference and transfer the full amount to the bank account shown in your order confirmation. Orders are processed once payment is received and verified.

7. Availability and Fulfilment

• Stock levels are indicative and may change. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and offer an alternative, a delay, or a full refund.
• Delivery and pickup options depend on your location and the product. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
• Delivery fees, where applicable, are shown at checkout and depend on the delivery zone selected.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

• You may request to cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests.
• Refunds are issued at our discretion in line with the product type and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method where possible.

9. Acceptable Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose.
• Attempt to access another customer's account, order history or personal data.

• Provide false or misleading information when creating an account or placing an order.
• Resell, misuse or misrepresent Dream JPT Services products or branding.

10. Liability

• Dream JPT Services is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our services.
• Our liability for any single order is limited to the value of the products in that order, except where loss is caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.
• We are not responsible for events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, supplier shortages, or failures of third-party services such as payment or delivery providers.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
