Privacy Policy
How Dream JPT Services collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information.
Last updated: 16 August 2026
1. Introduction
Dream JPT Services ("we", "us", or "our") operates JPT Trading E-Shop, the official online shopping platform of Dream JPT Services, including the Retailer & Bulk Shop and the Payday Family Essentials channel. We are committed to protecting the privacy of every customer who visits our website or creates an account. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, the choices you have, and the steps we take to keep it safe.
2. Information We Collect
Google sign-in
When you choose to sign in with Google, we receive only your basic account identity information — specifically your name and verified email address, and a profile photo if you choose to share one. We use this information solely to recognise you, create and maintain your Dream JPT Services customer account, and personalise your shopping experience.
We do not access, read, store or send email on your behalf. Dream JPT Services does not request, and does not receive, access to your Gmail messages, mailbox contents, contacts or any other Google data beyond the basic profile details described above. Google sign-in is used for identity verification only.
Account and contact details
To place and fulfil orders we collect your full name, verified email address, an optional phone number, and an optional delivery address. You can add or update these details at any time from your Customer Account profile.
Order history
We keep a record of every order you place — the products, quantities, prices, delivery or pickup method, order status and payment status — so that we can fulfil your orders, provide support, and show you your order history under "My Orders".
Marketing consent
We record whether you have agreed to receive marketing communications from us (Payday deals, new-product announcements, discounts and other offers), the date and source of your consent, the policy version in effect, and any later withdrawal of that consent. Marketing consent is collected separately from account creation and is never set automatically when you sign in.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create, recognise and maintain your customer account.
- To process, deliver and support your orders and pre-orders.
- To communicate with you about your orders, account and customer-support requests.
- To send marketing emails only if you have actively opted in.
- To prepare internal sales reports and improve our products, pricing and service.
- To meet our legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations.
4. Marketing Consent
Marketing consent is entirely optional. You may enjoy a full shopping experience without ever agreeing to receive marketing emails. After you sign in, you will be shown a one-time prompt asking whether you would like to receive Payday deals, new-product announcements, discounts and other offers. The box is unchecked by default and no choice is made for you.
You can change your mind at any time. Go to your Customer Account → Marketing preferences and toggle the setting on or off. When you withdraw consent we record the withdrawal date and stop sending you marketing communications. Where we send promotional emails, each message will include a one-click unsubscribe link that works without signing in; using it stops marketing emails immediately and does not affect your account or orders. Withdrawing consent does not affect order confirmations, customer-support replies or other service messages about your account.
5. How We Store and Protect Your Information
Your account, contact, order-history and marketing-consent information is stored securely on the Dream JPT Services platform. Access to customer records is strictly limited:
- Each customer can view and update only their own profile and order history.
- Only authorised Dream JPT Services system owners and administrators can access the customer directory, and all access is recorded in an audit log.
- Staff accounts use individual login codes and PINs, and sensitive administrative actions require a System Owner role.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures — including controlled access, session management and audit logging — to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account and order-history information for as long as your account is active and for as long as necessary to provide our services, respond to support requests and meet legal record-keeping requirements. Marketing-consent records are retained to demonstrate that we hold (or have held) consent in line with this policy.
7. Your Choices and Rights
- Account: update your contact details from your profile at any time.
- Marketing: opt in or withdraw consent at any time from Marketing preferences.
- Support: contact us using the details below to ask about the information we hold or to request correction of inaccurate data.
8. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed to operate the business — for example with delivery providers to fulfil orders, or as required by law. Administrative access to the customer directory is restricted to authorised owners and administrators, and exports of opted-in customers are logged.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
